Call the police. Charge her with criminal damaging. Then sue her in civil court for the cost of the plants and the labor cost to repair her mess, loss of revenue due to the exhibit being closed for repair, and punitive damages. If she doesnt pay, garnish her wages for as long as it takes. We have legal mechanisms to deal with this sort of bad and antisocial behavior.
