I didn't mean to imply that you yourself were showering Islam with love for being polished. I was speaking about this forum more generally.
I would repeat my encouragement to continue to study this stuff. MGTOW, in any form whatsoever, was never a consideration for Muhammed as far as I know. From the historical point of view, the birth of Islam is rooted in Muhammed's quest for vengeance on the people of Maccah, from which he was more or less ostracized. This is why the early days of Islam are littered with tales of ambushing caravans and whatnot. Muhammed needed an army, and armies require manpower, and women are needed to produce men. This is also the context in which Muhammed dictates that every Muslim man marry "two, three, or four times", and not just once, and regardless of their means. Women were and are just a means to an end.
Muhammed would have been the absolute last person on the planet to have ever existed, and who will ever exist, to encourage anyone to Go Their Own Way. The path of Islam is precisely the path that Muhammed laid out. That is right down to every last detail of a Muslim's life. Muhammed is believed to have spelled out exactly how one should put their pants on, begin sex with their wife, drink their water, eat their meals, every last detail. This isn't a historical perspective. This is the perspective of the Muslims themselves as pious individuals.
As far as I know, Jesus didn't lay out the rules for wearing pants and drinking water, etc. So, evidently he was more about GTOW than Muhammed, but not by much.
The MGTOW message was alive and well in Asia long before Jesus. I'm talking at least a couple thousand years before Jesus. I don't know enough about the pre-Judaic period of the Middle East to say whether or not it was equally thriving there, but I do vaguely recall there being evidence of communication between Zoroaster and his contemporaries in South Asia.
If Zoroaster had indeed been in contact with Vedic people then it is likely that the MGTOW message was also alive in Southwest Asia. I don't recall the exact time period or source, but a ridiculously long time ago, probably at least 1000 years before Jesus, people who would broadly be called Hindu today, laid out the correct path for men to follow. The final stage (4 of 4) was precisely to go their own way.
