Want a secret to losing weight? Do what I do, alternate day dieting.
You feast 1 day, eat whateever you want (but include a few servings of veggies and fruit) and for 2 days after, you'll fast for 23 hours and break it before bed with a small meal. Soups, eggs, salsa, fish.
The fasting days go by quickly and the feasting days are so much fun. Personally I maintain the same weight at 1 feasting day and 1 fastong day. With 2 fasting days I'd lose weight so fast. Oh and fasting is extremely healthy.

Ah man lol I dunno if I could do that. I absolutely love food, I'm actually surprised I'm not super fat right now. (6'3" about 210-220 lbs). I literally just have a bag of starburst, pistachios, cheezits, hostess mini pies and hostess brownies next to me right now, to just snack whenever I'm watching something on YT or just feel like eating. Usually I buy all this stuff myself and keep it in my room so my family members don't eat it. If I leave it anywhere in the kitchen it all gets snatched up.
If I REALLY tried I bet I could do it but I've literally never put effort toward anything like that in my life, really. Plus I feel like walking an hour in the heat after not eating anything, going to work probably wouldn't be the smartest idea. Unless I'd just be drinking shit-tons of water or something.
My thing is, as a kid I was usually pretty hungry and the only thing I'd eat all day would be dinner, if it was made. So now that I can afford my own food, I hate being hungry, because I can just eat instead and not be hungry, even if it is really bad crap.

Oh I get you dude trust me. My kryptonite are freshly baked donuts. I can't lie and tell you that there's some secret workout plan that will burn off all the thousands of calories you're eating from pastries. I can only tell you that this alternate day dieting does actually work no matter how much I eat on my feasting days (I routinely eat 5k calories on them and I'm a 135 lbs guy).
The most awesome aspect to it is on the fasting days if I keep myself busy I don't even notice being hungry. With working out, biking, work, raiding, etc.. It flies buy. Then the small meal before bed keeps me satiated to fall asleep.
It really is easy. Way easier than you'd think. And to reiterate, you can still eat those brownies on your feasting day. You should give it a try dude. You'll feel great.
Oh and yes if you do try it, drink lots of water. More than you'd normally drink. People don't realize how much water we get is from the food we eat. When fasting, water is everything.
