I had a friend commit suicide in high school. Do you know what happened the day afterward? He was dead. And the day after that, he was also dead. Today, he is still dead. Tomorrow he will be dead. In 6000 years he will still, believe it or not, be dead. You will likely be dead in 80 years. Don't make that happen sooner.

Again, one of my best buds committed suicide in high school. No heads up, no indicators, no nothing. I didn't get to say goodbye to someone who I hit the skate park with the day before. So if you're going to talk about committing suicide fuck off and do it, but life is better.

You need to find people you trust to talk to. Being alone in your thoughts is very dangerous. I'm an atheist, but honestly, if things are that bad go to any local church and talk to a priest if you have no one else. When things got bad in the military the chaplain may have saved my life. Do NOT just spiral into internet research, you need to have one on one conversations with people who have been through it. I'm over twice your age, and while I won't say it's all been perfect, I'm very happy with my life now. Don't give up, don't spend too much time alone, and realise life is long, there are many many wonderful things to see and do, and no matter how much it hurts now, it will get better over time.

Every problem you have is temporary and change is the only thing you can count on. Death is a permanent solution and there is no coming back from it. Believe what you want about what happens after death, but understand that belief is not knowledge. The only thing we know for certain is that we have the life we have until it's over, everything else is conjecture. The odds of even existing are staggering, but here you are. Finding strength within yourself is not so easy for some as it is for others, but you must try. Nothing about sex or human relationships is worth dying over. Get help, don't give up. Stay with us.

Look, you are sitting in your room, and you feel like you don't have a purpose in life, right? Been there with you. Looking for help and guidance from random strangers on the internet isnt going to solve your problems. Many might share your story but they made the decision to stay in the game, unfortunately there are to many who decide to stop playing.

Get help and be a person who can share his story in 30 years time.

Everyone deals with this kind of shit differently but I can only give you my point of view and my advice. When my last ex left me I was broken mentally. My mom was sick at the time I was broke, depressed and I was losing a bunch of weight. I had also been dealing with a lot of shit I suppressed like my brothers death and past relationships that also went bad. To make matters worse I couldnt find or keep a job so that piled on to the fact that I was home all day thinking about shit that I can't control and every day I drove myself closer to suicide.

I found a job and got fired literally two hours after starting. I was weak from losing a bunch of weight and I wasnt myself mentally. Of course the managers were women and they didn't give a fuck. They told me to get my shit and leave because I was moving to slow DURING TRAINING. I came home got into an argument with my family over the house bills because I had been fired. All I can remember is locking myself in my room with a bottle of Hennesy and about 15 Tabs of Codeine.

I had a choice either to give up and let myself down and let everyone who doubted me win, or to keep fighting. I'm here sharing my story with you so you can guess which one I picked.

I'm not gonna bullshit you beating depression was probably the most difficult thing I've ever done in my life and I owe a lot of it to MGTOW. I tried counseling and it wasnt worth shit for me. MGTOW's views on relationships drew me in then I dug deeper and it helped a lot with self improvement.

This was only a year ago. This time a year ago my depression was starting to spiral out of control. Fast forward to now I have two jobs I have a car and I'm starting a business with two good friends. Most importantly I'm happy with the person I've become.

My advice would be just to take small steps. Delete any memories you have of her. Try to bring positivity into your life. Pray or meditate if you're not religious. Get out of the house as much as possible, play sports, go to the beach, go watch a movie go workout or anything. Take care of you because no one else will do it for you. Surround yourself with positive influences. If you can find positive supportive friends that will be very important in helping you heal.

Like I said everyone is different, I actually tried the suicide hotline and it left me feeling as empty as I did when I called. It didn't work for me but it may work for you. I found that talking with people who have been in shoes helped me a lot more, so I admire that you're reaching out. If you need someone just to talk to you can PM me. Stay strong bro.
