I am curious to know how many of you feel a strong desire to change the world but, feel you can't. As a result, withdrawl from society becomes the desired ideal. I feel this way myself and question whether it is weakness that drives me to turn away from the fight. I think if we did all turn away we'd end up developing a society and that it would eventually wind up where we already are. Is there a solution or, is it just a watch the world burn scenario we find ourselves in? I am genuinely uncertain. I have the will to bring change, but I can't decide if that is worth doing. What do you think?
[Edit] Just wanted to let everyone know how awesome it is reading all these responses. I gives me confidence knowing there are people who understand and are willing to share that understanding.

I'm in the same boat, sympathetic towards TradCons because they have (even if they are naive) intentions of saving society by continuing to uphold family structures. So whether they accept female nature or not, I have to give them credit for making at least an effort to keep normal family going in a world that is increasingly self-centered.
I'm not against self improvement. However I worry MGTOW could create a world of weak or narcissistic men by encouraging them to only improve themselves as they turn their back on society. Admittedly, it's a rational response, and I get that way too: the world first turned its back on (us) men so let it all burn, etc. My reservation, or hope, is to not become so jaded that we forgo charity in its entirety. There's a difference in turning your back on society VERSUS humanity. So long as we continue to pull out individuals who are looking to escape the madness, offer them refuge, comfort, charity, etc...
Said another way; I hope MGTOW does not become self absorbed / hedonistic in and of itself (although it can be at times) so that it does not seek to help individuals looking to recover from the degenerates. It's a bit of a double-edged sword. Self improvement is good. But let's not get so absorbed that we abandon basic human dignity. We should still do what we can to help individuals out, even if we harbor resentment towards the social norms and society at large.
Hope that makes sense.
