A lot of the responses here are hilarious and I'm sure they'd be cathartic to say, but I actually care about achieving things in my career so my approach to stuff like this in the workplace is just to say the minimum possible that's neutrally PC and move on.

My response would have been something like, "Of course I would! It really sucks that women are put in those kind of situations. I'd love to keep chatting but I've gotta hammer out something on a deadline for my boss"
