As the Apostle Paul himself said: "11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. 12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. 13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve. 14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression." 1 Timothy 2 Another verse from Solomon, the wisest man ever to exist: " 25 I applied mine heart to know, and to search, and to seek out wisdom, and the reason of things, and to know the wickedness of folly, even of foolishness and madness: 26 And I find more bitter than death the woman, whose heart is snares and nets, and her hands as bands: whoso pleaseth God shall escape from her; but the sinner shall be taken by her. 27 Behold, this have I found, saith the preacher, counting one by one, to find out the account: 28 Which yet my soul seeketh, but I find not: one man among a thousand have I found; but a woman among all those have I not found." -Ecclesiastes 7:28 Which is true, in that the majority of men you see are weak backstabbing simps, but you do find some good rational men amongst a thousand who are of real virtue like many on this forum. But you will not even find a good woman amongst them all. Almost similar to AWALT. And by good woman, Solomon was referring to this as he also writes: "10 Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. 11 The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil. 12 She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life." -Proverbs 31 And imagine that Solomon wrote this in a time when women were under restriction not to act like the degenerate sluts that they are today. And even under such a conservative society, where adulterous women were stoned, Solomon, the wisest man to exist, said that you could not find a good woman even amongst a thousand (IN THOSE TIMES!!!!!)

The Seven Deadly Sins is actually pretty deep. It's all about personal addictions getting out of hand. If you have control of your thoughts you're less likely to become addicted and eventually become unhealthy.

In life we have rules and are judged. In death, we still have rules and are judged.

It sounds like they don't want us to be free. As if our entire existence revolves around someone else's design or rules.

Not a big fan of religions. Churches will tell you, "if you don't believe in Jesus, then you'll be condemned to eternal damnation. Only Jesus can save you."

This is where Christianity differs from Buddhism. Buddha believes you can save yourself through enlightenment aka by your own actions. Where as Christianity says, "only Jesus can deliver you from damnation. Only through him can you find salvation."
