This woman, if true, is absolutely crazy if she thinks she can pull the false rape accusation weapon, without even any sex.

The guy is in an apartment building, which means there are cameras. There are intercom records. There are witnesses. There's controlled access. You can determine very easily when people enter the building and when they leave. If he's never had sex with her, he should say "go ahead. Claim rape."

The absolute worst nightmare scenario, that the man gets summarily fired in a rush to believe this woman, results in a civil suit for hundreds of thousands of dollars when it is demonstrated in court that it was physically impossible for her story to have happened.

The next worst case scenario is that the man gets summarily fired, but then rehired, when they ask him about it, and he shows that the incident couldn't have even taken place, resulting in a very serious apology and perhaps a nice bonus or salary raise in an effort to stave off a lawsuit.

If she goes to the police, she's done, because the moment the police discover that the guy has an alibi that negates her claim, corroborating evidence from the building records, and no physical evidence, she's toast (in both the eyes of the law and the eyes of her employer).

Record, record, record! You can record in your own home and if someone enters and gets recorded, they cannot refute that evidence that shows you never touched her. Also, what's she gonna do, rape herself with a rusty barbell? They have to get physical evidence in rape cases. If she refuses, the police usually know something is up.

Go straight to the boss/HR and tell them the lady turned up your house even though you never gave her the address and tell them you suspect she got it off the company network, it should force them into looking into it as it will break some privacy laws if the company can see she accessed you peronal file at work during work time, if they ignore it then go see a lawyer as management hate any action against the company
