How much risk do you want OP? Are you young? Old? How large is this relative to your net worth?

Have you maxed your roth ira yet this year? Do you have any debt? Do you have an 6mo emergency fund?

These are extremely important questions before considering your financial options. If you have questions, talk to whoever runs your retirement account.

I keep 2mos of expenses in my savings account. My emergency fund of an additional 4mo in stable blue chip stocks that I can sell and withdraw within 30 days. I max my employer match to my 401k (instant 100% risk free gains make me hard af) and then I max my ira.

I pay minimums on my low intrest level long term debt for now and put the rest into high risk / high growth potential investments.

Personally, I am invested in pot stocks at the moment. I think there is insane growth potential. The Canadian ones are publicly traded. Some will likely go under eventually so do research, maybe invest in a bunch rather than just one (whoops I am all in on one). I think there is a pot ETF.

You could also invest in Disney, they have a lot of room for the bull run they just entered.

If you want super high risk yacht or die type gains then trade options. Most people blow up their accounts doing this because they are new and think they arent retarded. This is a weird twighlight zone between investing and straight up gambling.

I do some options trading on robinhood with about a 5k account for kicks and giggles. I work with large value projects and business types for my work and it makes me look distinguished to talk options around the cooler with the guys and to know all the big stock memes that are going on. In my industry people want to see that you have a healthy appetite for risk. My small options trading account kinda gives me what I need on that front.

So there is a whole lot of different things you can do with it, and it will very much be dependant on you personal situation.
