We kinda have them, they are called prenups, but they are often ignored by the courts. Marriage courts are not modeled after our normal justice system, so judges can choose if your contract matters or not.

They can be fun to socialize with if you set firm boundaries(not listening to them cry about Chad, etc) and bear in mind that they're not really friends.
