Women are fucking Mental Midgets. One of my employees, a girl I supervise (one of over 40 or so people) must have mistook my kindness, for something else... Or thought I could help her situation out. Anyway, this girl approaches me (after I sent crew to lunch) in my Tundra V8, while I was eating a sandwich. She tells me that she "Thinks I'm hot, and knows that I want her 2". My jaw was dropped, she goes on an says how she " grabbed an 8 ball, heard that I like to party.

I guess some workers saw me attack a club/bar out with my friends once or twice. She then basically flat out proposes that we have sex after work, and said that " I could make her breakfast in the morning!" (workers know that I'm something of a chef)

I told her that I was very flattered, but that I hadn't been dating for the past 3 years, and even if I was, that " I wouldn't complicate things with an employee (especially a good one like her). Well wouldn't you know it, that little bitch turned around, walked right back into work,q into the break room, and told anyone who would listen that " Eww, I had just hit on her outside, and that she would never because I was gross".

I guess she wanted to cut me off, so I wouldn't brag about turning her down and hurt her fragile little ego??? Anyway once the few who believed her started with the " omg go to HR and report him" I went to HR and got my boss, after pulling the Security tapes showing her APPROACHING ME, at my truck on break and walking up all cute and flirty. You could basically read my lips when I say " I'm sorry but no".. She storms away with her head down.

Turns out that my boss and HR never would of believed her anyway, due to her prior work record, and hearsay. So we called her in, and I told her this was her chance to tell HR how I was harassing and coming onto her when NOBODY was looking (hard to do). She cried and stormed out and quit, for us being so mean....
