a lot of men here have lost way more than i do and have to live with the ghosts of regret and a devastating past.

I'm getting my first house all for myself soon!

At age 34, with disabilities and recently the past 1-2 months all my joints and bones are melting and severely painful (diagnosed with Joint Hypermobility).

I couldn't even sit in a chair today without pain throughout my neck, shoulders and spine, and am still waiting for scans and occupational therapy.

Free house on disability benefits. Took me ages to get because single men are at the bottom of the welfare and social housing lists.

I have some issues at work currently which are stressing me out so yesterday after a bad day at work while headed to the supermarket for some food i said to myself:
"These issues are causing me too much grief i can't even sleep properly at this point and things will get worse before they get better. Freaking hell the more time passes the more shit i have to deal with but that is only natural i guess. Well atleast it is not as bad as that time when this other horrible thing happened... Or that other fucking shit i mean for the love of god that other experience was really horrible... Wait a minute! What the fuck am i getting so flustered about this current crap??!? Now that i think about it this current situation doesn't even enter top 20 of all the fucked up stuff i endured so far so why do i care so much?" After some reflection i decided to adopt the "i don't give a single fuck" attitude about the current problem and so far it saved me a lot of problems and nerves. Needless to say i slept a lot better last night!
