If it's 50/50 then aren't they both financially responsible for their 50%? Like if he has to provide financially while he has his kid and then also when the ex wife has the kid, shouldn't he just get full custody at that point? All this proves is that the ex wife is incapable of providing for her child.

When I went to my last hearing I wasn’t as informed as I am now. I got some documents together but the judge threw them out. Then after about a month later after that research I find out he wasn’t even a real judge. He is a title 4d officer and isn’t an elected judge. But some advice. I see all kinds of men on here saying “they are put on child support.” So they need your social and you have rights to privacy. If you EVER recieve mail from child support RETURN TO SENDER or REFUSE the mail. They are sending it to your doppelgänger. I’m going to start filing for my money back once my kid is a little older. For now it’s not worth my time.

I pay 500 euros every month, my daughter didn't even get pocket money from her mother to buy herself a drink at school.
If her mother paid the same money amount to her, she could rent a flat bigger than her mum's in which she doesn't even have her own room. When I told my daughter, she was blown away. She thought I was joking.
Child support is basically a savings account for women, which they use to improve their own life. The children hardly ever see anything from that money.

This is my story. Ex makes about 2x my income, joint custody, judge told me "she needs the money to pay the kids bills". Pointing out I also have bills when the kids are with me just made the judge angry.
The "made your own bed" argument is BS too. Guys get caught in the trap. It sucks, but I don't regret having kids, just the unfair laws.

There is no 50/50 period. They will win every time, somehow, it can't be 50/50. Show me a woman that can self sustain let alone raise kids on her own and I'll show you a woman that doesn't have kids. 9/10 times this is true. Independent women are far and few between now and that's a fact with quotas and supports and incentives and so on.
If you or any man think they are not paying for some of this they better look into it a little more.
