Governments and industries protect women and "invest" im them for a pretty simple reason: they are weaker than men, so they are more controllable.

Now let me elaborate on what I mean by weak: 1) They, generally speaking, have less body mass and muscles meaning that riot control can easily put them down. 2) They are more agreeable than men so they make for perfect cattle to follow any rule imposed by the government. 3) Their tendency to virtue signal make so that they are the first to take specific life styles promoted by authorities and companies just to show that they "lead the good changes". 4) Unlike men, they cant live a stoic life in austerity and they spend money for lots of worthless crap: they are the perfect consumers. 5) They are dependent on a series of socio-economical factors that make them very loyal to a system, provided that said system is as consistent and predictable as possible.
