Raging really is a waste of time. Speak civilized with logic and reasoning. Avoid stooping to their level even when they call you names. If you want to insult them back after they insulted you, stick to the facts, such as their lack of intelligence for not reading what you said properly. Always be open to opposing views and have a willingness to learn. If someone says what you said is completely stupid, ask them to explain in detail how what you said is stupid. Don't worry about downvotes on Reddit; the truth is rarely upvoted outside of the sub that understands those truths.

Everybody has their temper. Controlling it is another thing. Even Bruce Lee was at constant battle with his. Red pill raging isn't healthy for us. The sooner you get over that phase, the better. When thinking rationally you see better. Like you'll find men and women think more alike when it comes to finding a mate, minus the crazy, so it's all good.

In the 80’s, there was a band who were hot for about a minute. They were called Tears For Fears. Their song “Shout” is based on Primal Scream Therapy, which basically says that it can be therapeutic to scream like your foot has been ripped off. It’s cathartic, I would think. For one of those, “if I didn’t laugh, I’d cry” situations.

I'm seeing a distinction here with anger and actual red pill rage. Which I agree exists. While I never had an actual RPR phase, I think it's quite ok and an important phase. I have sympathy for those who go through this for months or years on end. "The red pill isn't for all men".

The red pill rage is actually the Bhuddist doctrine of trisna, the act of clinging and refusing to let go. That’s where dhukka or suffering comes from.
