I don't know if there are other simps in rehab like myself. Don't feel discouraged if you fall back on an old habit or if you fail a resolution. Becoming your own person will take time and effort. And you will fail again and again. But look at yourself now. Look how far you have come compared to where you were. In spite of every failure you think weighs you down, you have walked farther than you thought possible.

Being lonely might be difficult, but living with toxic people (either men or women) is a far sight worse. You spent $100 simping this month, but it is a far sight better than the $900 you used to spend. You still look fat, but dammit you lost 12 pounds by choosing healthy foods.

You will stumble. You will fall down. You will fail. That doesn't mean you are a failure. It just means you are human, like the rest of us. So keep at it. Keep trying, again and again. Start over 20 times if you have to. Just don't give up. The day you give up is the day you are dead.
