I've had a long term relationship with a FWB who doesn't want anything other than the occasional hanging out and romp in the bedroom. Check their mail if they're out of town and no one else can do it. But yeah for me, definitely no cohabitation and no marriage. I think long term relationships are risky, though so agree best to avoid. Being older is probably the only reason both of us are okay with this.
