Figured that MGTOW 2 is supposed to be more focused on substantive plans about the MGTOW lifestyle than MGTOW (the latter being more focused on complaining), so here goes:

Let's have a thread on retirement plans. Discuss your retirement plans, which may include, but not necessarily limited to, the following points:

  1. Investment Plans What assets are you investing in? Is it better to hire a professional adviser/fund manager and let him take a cut, or to take the plunge and invest by yourself?

  2. Savings Plan How do you guys save? Do you adopt the "minimalist lifestyle"? I don't buy into cars nor branded clothes, but I spend too much of my money on food. On the other hand, what are some permissible "luxury items" that you may indulge once in a while? Any tips to save on bills (esp electricity)?

  3. Emotional well-being and hospices Chances are, as our health inevitably deteriorate, childless MGTOW men like us will have to move to an old folks home. How would you: (a) Choose a suitable old folks home; and (b) More importantly, maintain your emotional well-being as you may no longer be fit to engage in your hobbies
