Hey guys! I think I have a problem connected with spending money. I am 30 yo, MGTOW for a few years now, in the monk mode 100%. I am mainly focused on my job, but there is this one thing that I cannot fully understand.
Whenever it comes to spending money on myself like for example, buying a new hardware for my PC, or new clothes, or new gym accessories, something blocks me from actually spending money on these things... I will always find an excuse for why I shouldn't buy something that I feel I need... I will always find an explanation and tell myself that I could I live without things I previously wanted...
Also, another thing is that I connect investing (like crypto, stocks, metals etc.) with the waste of money instead of seeing it as a long term investment that will give me some returns in the future...
What do you guys think my problem is, what kind of false belief do I carry?
How can I work with it to enjoy life better?
Also, the thing is that I am coming from Eastern Europe and my country was one of the biggest victims of the holocaust - could it be that I have inherited "poverty/scarcity mentality" from my family?
I would appreciate any thoughts from you guys... Cheers!
