I know alot of guys here don't believe in religion that's fine , I'm not here trying to convert people only raise awareness. The region Sikhism can be adopted by anyone , you don't need to grow a beard to put into practice and there's a lot of information available about it on YouTube under basics of sikhi and nanak naam.

Most sikhs don't truly understand sikhi either but the holy text (guru granth sahib) hasn't been altered and there is a lot of truth in it.

It is a way to enlightenment for house holders (ie anyone who lives in a city or has a house doesn't have to be married) and the best thing is you don't have to do anything , except change the way you think and meditate. Nikola Tesla's qoute about vibration frequency and energy is in there and it's expanded upon.
