1. I found out how hard it is to quit smoking. It's extremely difficult. I'm on my 2nd day of not smoking which is the most I've gone in 3 months.
  2. I built a badass 2 monitor gaming PC.
  3. I went hiking for the first time in over a year yesterday, state park was empty which was nice, no thots taking selfies or anything like that.
  4. I've explored music and what I like to listen to more thoroughly. I'm definitely cultivating a specific taste for types of music I would listen to.
  5. I gave wise counsel to my Grandmother who's husband (not my grandfather) has dementia, and she heeded it and saw an estate lawyer. I'm seen as a valuable and mature man in my family circle now.
  6. I paid off 1 of 3 of my student loans. All my unemployment and stimulus check has went to my student loans and not stupid shit like clothes or shoes. All the fancy monitors, keyboard, etc. for my computer came from hard earned money from my 2 jobs.
  7. I now only work 1 job which gives me much more freedom. It's at a dishwashing job at a cafe a little far from my house, but it's a mom & pop owned place and much more personable than my other job. I am now home to eat dinner with my folks and talk about my day with them.
  8. I learned some knife skills and can dice and slice some vegetables after doing some prep work for the cafe I work at, I also own my own Japanese Chef Knife. I bring value to the dinner table and if my dad is grilling burgers I will slice up a tomato real nice or make a fruit salad for my mom and dad to take to their jobs for lunch.
  9. I have learned to be lonely well. I no longer yearn for a girlfriend, I really understand how amazing being single is and doing things on my own terms. I am extremely confident in myself and my mental health has never, ever, been this amazing. I have peace of mind and most importantly I have peace.
