The reason why men have traditionally been considered the Heroes of stories War and Industry. Is because it feeds natural feminine hypergamy by fluffing up the male ego.

The reason why feminism fails is because women still want men to provide, protect and provision women.

Women themselves could not be heroes and the people the hero sacrifices. They cannot have glory and benefits. And so women have had to diminish themselves in order to achieve their goals. Once the world was safe from the dragons the women wanted to come out and pretend to be the heroes too... but there was no heroic myths for women.

Feminism has tried everything to make women heroic starting with the heroic "mother who sacrifices" and while that myth is still falling on its face, it's almost laughable when you think about it. The life of a Pampered housewife is so bad that the use of antidepressants follows it wherever it goes.

The underlying truth of humanity is that we are cowards when it comes to confronting life "as it is" and so with our great capacity to imagine we escaped into heroic fantasies... stories. This is why stories have such a psychological hold upon us all. Why some people are willing to live and die to protect and promote one story or another. Because they truly meaningless life leads to often to Suicidal Thoughts.

But because women wanted to play the hypergamy game they went along with the male heroic fantasies it that is how women made their way easier. They are losing access to that male utility to the extent that they withdraw their support for male heroics. No big mystery there.

Their finding their own feminists heroics unfulfilling however, because it brings along with it real responsibilities and a requirement to adult properly.

The hero is not the selfish: the hero can never be selfish... the hero is one who must sacrifices for society. This is why they struggle with meaning in their lives because they cannot escape their selfish hypergamy games.

And so feminism will continue to struggle for relevance, one failed feminine heroic image after another:

The failed heroic mother myth. The failed heroic female CEO myth. The failed heroic social justice Warrior. The failed heroic sexual liberator The failed heroic wife myth The failed heroic female Warrior

And the list Will Go On until women accept their own accountability their own agency and a fair sense of prudence... and they earn their heroic status like every other man by bringing some real benefit to society besides their uterus.
