At age 14 I saw my Mother drag my Father through a very ugly divorce in family court, so I never want to get married, have children or share my resources with anyone. Nor do I want to be responsible for anyone. Slaving away for an ungrateful wife and children is the stupidest concept of life for a man. Getting baby-trapped is worse than a life-sentence in my eyes.

My country Pakistan is so blue-pilled that whenever I(28M Single Sunni Muslim) go to veteran Urologists for a vasectomy, they refer me for psychiatric evaluation. I've asked Urologists of various cities and the last one flat out said "No one in this country will do this procedure for you."

So, I need to get a vasectomy as soon as possible. My life, happiness and sanity depend on it. Don't bother trying to convince me otherwise, I'll get this done or die trying.

So, which is the best country to get the procedure from if money isn't the issue?

Of the various vasectomy procedures, which is the most reliable? I don't care about the pain or expenditure as long as it's bulletproof.

I'll have this done only once in my life, I want the best in terms of quality. There won't be any 2nd chances. How would I know if the Doctor is truly capable?

Would any blood/urine/marrow/fitness/drug tests or any other medical history be asked of me?

Would the question of health insurance arise?

How much would it cost?

Would I be able pay in cash or would banking be involved?

Would there be any legalities regarding it?

Does state/international legislature hinder/interfere with it anyhow?

Would the Doctor let me film myself getting the procedure done?

How long after till the follow-up check ups?

Upon clearance, what kind of certification would the doctor give me? Would it have legal bearing? Would it hold in a court of law? If so, under what conditions?

Once the doctors office declares me clear, would Doctor's certification suffice or would video evidence(of the procedure) be more concrete in case someone tries to commit paternity fraud on me?

How would my Anatomy, Hormones, Biochemistry, Physiology, Psyche and Personality change with it?

Anything else I should know about?

I know you're not supposed to tell a living soul about this, so I've got that covered.

Since birth control(especially something permanent like Vasectomy) goes strictly against Islamic principles, thus most Islamic laws/constitutions would prohibit this. I think my best bet is a Caucasian, first-world country with a state of the art medical sector that would do the procedure for cash with no questions asked.

I'll get a 6 month medical/tourist visa, coordinate with the doctor to get the procedure done immediately after landing, chill in the country while my tubes clear, and get the follow-up checkups before I depart the country.
