Since embarking on this journey I am having painfull flashbacks of past behaviour that was so lame I am ashamed of it now.

This one stands out for me at this moment: Using your wife as an excuse for non performance on your part.

Eg. Your accountant calls you reminding you about some paperwork he needs from you. You complain to him about your wife was supposed to do it and how she is on her own bloody mission and it is now her problem. "You can phone her and ask for the shit"

Now I am thinking... Imagine the Captain of the ship telling the harbour master this shit about his crew, imagine the President of a country going on a news conference and saying his deputy president was supposed to sign the peace treaty...

This Beta behaviour of not owning up to your shit and using your wife as an excuse is thankfully stopping thanks to MRP.
