My victories have definitely led to other victories:

Finally got braces 5 years ago
Which led to me quitting soda
Which led me to doing Intermittent Fasting and eating healthy starting in Jan. of 2013
Which led to me losing 68 lbs in 2-1/2 years
Which led me to start using an old Bowflex in my garage
3 months later I discovered MRP
Which led to me getting a gym membership
Which led to me getting in great shape (still working on it)
Which led to my wife getting a gym membership a couple of months ago.

And I'm not done yet. Not by a long shot.

*Edit: A lot of my reflection is done during down time right before I start reading the next thing I think will help me, and after I've read it as well. I take notes so I can go back and review the important points and reflect on them. This is key for me.

I absolutely agree with this - improvement to the grave! At the risk of sounding heretical, I would say that after you reach your goals, it is important to both analyze any improvements AND celebrate your success. The reward for reaching your goals is a motivator, and psychologically you need to occasionally eat the carrot after being pounded with the stick. Don't underestimate the reward, as it will help motivate you for next time.

I say it all the time. I try to instill it in my children. There is no bad information (except maybe no information); There's only information.

You should be moving at all times to get the most information you can. Then when you have that information you should be analyzing, "What opportunities does this give me?"

If at the end, you don't take the information that a win has given you and use it to multiply wins in the future, you're ignoring a vital part of abundance mentality.
