I'm 28. Never had a father or father figure that taught me how to deal with relationships, sex, and my emotions. I only had my mom to look up to. I love my mom, but she's a woman. Doesn't give good advice to her angry lonely son. I love her but idk if she's the best person to get advice from about moving on.

I only ever had 2 girlfriends. The second one was the best. I love her. She loved me. Sex was the best. We we both in love with each other like crazy. I'll never find someone like that again. I know that for a fact. We hooked up in 2021 and broke up in 2022. She rebounded a week or two later. I didn't find out until she died a month after breaking up with me. I've been really confused and lost. She also cheated on me when we were together. But I just want to move on. I'm tired of missing her, tired of loving her, and tired of being mad at her. IMHO about her though She's not a good person, but I love her because I shared everything about me with her and so did she.

The first paragraph was just because I felt like I needed to explain why I can't move on. Moms emotional. I'm too emotional. Best friend died 3 years ago. Last girlfriend died almost a year ago. I don't see it getting any better. I went through all the stages of grief multiple times naturally. Any fatherly advice? This is my first time asking in my life
