A "redefining masculinity" program that doesn't actually seem like total bullshit UsedToBeRadical June 7, 2019 8 upvotes /r/MensRights https://thriveglobal.com/stories/how-mindful-masculinity-is-curbing-teen-violence-in-chicago/ I'm usually skeptical of the "masculinity" programs but this one actually seems promising. All of these exercises will then be related back to BAM’s six core values: integrity, self determination, positive anger expression, accountability, respect for womanhood and visionary goal-setting. It seems that they're encouraging positive masculine expression in boys in a non-toxic way. The only one I disagree with is the "respect womanhood" part for the only reason that nobody tells women to "respect manhood".
