Honestly, I wouldn't call this a superhero for MRA's. I would call it a wolf in sheep's clothing. Foreskin man represents an attack on a religious group which has done nothing but turn an issue of human rights into an issue of religious rights. It's a stupid comic created by a man who unfortunately is connected to the anti-circumcision movement. If you want a superhero for the Men's Rights movement then look outside, find a father that is making it work with their kids, able to spend time with them, able to balance the rest of his life to boot.

The first issue is about a doctor with undisclosed religion. Doctors perform circumcisions.

The second issue is about a mohel. Mohels perform circumcisions.

I don't think this comic is anti-Semitic, though I wouldn't be surprised if the artist is in fact an anti-Semite. It's best just to pretend that circumcision isn't a Jewish practice though, because anytime you criticize something, and Jews are involved, you will be called an anti-Semite. Jews are a protected class, unlike baby boys I guess.
