"It is my impression that abortions wouldn't happen if it became illegal to 'cum without consent' - meaning that if a couple pre-determined that the male would not cum inside a woman but does anyways, this would be considered rape and the male held responsible for negligence, violation and misuse of a situation. If you want to end abortions - make males legally responsible for their spunk. Accidents happen but if mal intenent can be proven, a male should be held responsible, the same as he would be with date rape or sexual assault. Cumming inside a woman is a sexual act and without consent it should be illegal. Fix this and you fix the problem with abortions. This is equal rights for women!"

This is a post a friend of mine made, I just don't see how she can think this is somehow equal, and it is aggravating that someone can think like this and not realize how abused such a law would become.
