It is outdated, but if being drunk means you can't consent, does that mean a drunk driver can't consent to a field sobriety test? Or a search of their vehicle?

In my experience being around a drunk girl who wants to fuck you, whether you are sober or not, is a universally bad idea. Because if she initiates you either get to be considered a rapist for letting her, or get assaulted for stopping her.
