"Rent" and "landlords" (ugh, the title alone: praise to the blessed LORDS of Land!)

should not fucking exist as concepts. Absolutely no justification for this feudalist-holdover bullshit.

Government should provide every man, woman and child in need with free basic accomodation (think: bachelor style or 1/2 bdrm apts,) with anything beyond that in a secondary, voluntary luxury market.

Basic nutrition, housing, healthcare and education (including post-secondary) should never be profit-driven in any modern, "progressive" "first-world" "society."

Nobody "deserves" to profit off of others basic survival, nor their opportunity in life, period. Full stop.
