How do I get defamation content taken off of that page without contacting an attorney?

Update: All my friends, guys and girls, saw the post and are texting me dying of laughter at how butthurt she was that I turned her down and wouldn’t date her. There’s very little comments, because frankly, she looks like she’s upset she lost out on a male that wouldn’t give her the time of day lol. She said I’m a red flag for not giving her my phone number, socials, and place of work on a dating app. She also aged me down 5 years based solely on my looks in her Facebook post. Thanks, love. 😌
