Something I've recently been noticing is that men aren't being pushed out of the workforce. Now what I mean by that is I haven't seen any pressure for men to stat home and take care of their kids the way women were for ages.

Everyone keeps pushing for more women in high salary and prestigious jobs but never for the more dangerous, menial, or hard jobs, but I have yet to see any push to make stay-at-home fathers more accepted. Men are constantly side-eyed when around children due to the fear pressed into everyone about "what men are capable of" but not a single large publication has said anything about men taking over raising kids while the mother is off working.

Now while I don't believe that every man would choose that arrangement, there are those that would and it's stigmatized for no real good reason that I can see and I've seen nothing trying to normalize it.
