My ex put a frivolous TRO on me, and has not allowed me court appointed 50/50 placement and our phone calls 3 scheduled times a week during the other's placement. I went to the police, they charged her with felony. They didn't charge her until she went in after me. The officer said they rarely issue a felony. He called me after her visit, and told me he charged her. Met with the DA today, he left it open for felony. Agreed this is felony but didn't charge her yet.
