I have an ex spouse that lives off of my child support, and my children see none of it. Every time I visit them, they are in the same clothes with no haircuts. I was wondering if anyone had information about a "children's checking account" that the support payments get deposited to. The lawyer I was talking to said that with this checking account, I can monitor what the money is being spent on. Is this a legit thing, or did I misinterpret that information?
