With religious empires worth billions/trillions +, I think every cut man should entitled to compensation for being scarred for life because of their ways. If any of us were to encourage someone to mutilate another's body, we'd be held responsible by a higher court.

serious question - if you get circumcised much later in life e.g. in your teenage years as opposed to when you were an infant - will it heal up the same way in a reasonable amount of time?
