Id suggest writing a letter, asking do they know about Title IX, this programme for girls is good but what do you offer boys?

If you have had any disavfbategs eg. parents, area, wealth also state those and say why are you not able to benefit from this solely based on sex.

Does the institution offer equal spending for boys in another area.

If the justification here is an imbalance of computer science / IT graduates by gender, the same approach could be applied to a number of fields where female graduates now outnumber male, including medicine and law.

This will backfire. It already has been prior to trying to attract women at this large a degree. It happened when "we need more devs" demanded anyone without a job and two working hands "learned to code". People with low intrinsic motivation to stay in CS and/or software dev move to management after they finally get enough knowledge and experience to make a big impact, only to then cause more overhead. This is how software quality ends up shit and most devs end up working dead-end programming jobs, unable to make big decisions, refactor crap code and automate tedious manual work.

This goes even more so outside the US, where development isn't anywhere as lucrative as management. Unless you go into contracting.

My IT teacher did the same thing, later in the year boys also got an opportinity, but that was not exsclisive for boys. But ofcourse the first three course was only women.

They have similar program in Canada, where I am, only it's not just only just for women, it's for minority women only. which is...I mean, as a caucasian...not exactly fair.
