Title IX coordinators are doing the same mob lynching of black young men as it was in history. Biden's new executive order has again given free pass to continue lynching. BLM doesn't even address this because it's backed by feminism.

I find that interesting and surprising since most of the cases I’ve read about were white males. That said I can think of several reasons why proportionally more cases may be filed by black males.

Black males might be falsely accused more.
There are some free legal services specific to blacks. You don’t see white only legal services.
Lawyers may feel the odds of settling a case involving a black male are stronger since they can argue discrimination on the basis of race.

Because you know how litigious black people are.

The real ratio is 20x more likely to be falsely accused if black. Presumably they are about 5 times less likely to sue over it.
