Separated from mother of children(2), she moved hour+ away and doesn’t want legal support, but off the books. She also refuses to meet me halfway so every week I travel the 100 miles there and have to stay in her house to see my kids. She wants my tax returns as I claim my kids so my check isn’t gashed, and I make more money, but I feel I’m entitled as I pay support promptly, go visit every week, and am a fantastic father for her other two children as well as the ones we share together. I want to know if going through legal support would better or worsen my current situation. She is so entitled it’s incredibly frustrating, but I want to know if I’m being petty.
