Yep I experienced this shit. I have a 5 year old daughter and Me and the baby mama been together for 7 years. She was the abuser always getting drunk and violent. She had attacked me several times while drunk and my mom had to call the cops. She got probation and alcohol tether for some time. One day she completely lost it due to the stress of having to take care of our daughter while I was at work and couldn't drink no more cause of the alcohol tether. So she calls me up while I'm at work and was freaking out. Saying that I need to get home now cause she's going through a break down...

I get home and she has a pint of alcohol in her hand. Soon as I seen it I said to myself " here we fucken go again" and she starts going on about how she can't fucken take this anymore going on about how she's taking care of our daughter 2407 and all i have to do is work. Which is not true I help out, occasionally.. lol anyways she tells me shes cutting this tether off and drinking this pint!

I said told her no you are not! I did not want her to get introuble and I knew that she was being waaaay over dramatic. I believe she had taken xanax and she was anti depressant too. So I quickly grabbed the pint from her and dumped it out..BIG MISTAKE she got so upset that she grabbed a kitchen knife and threatened to stab me. I was scared lol so I ran away snd she started chasing me up the stairs (we live in a town house with my mom and it's got 3 floors, first one is where the basement is and our bedroom is located here next to where the furnace is , second floor is where we were at it has the kitchen and living room area, and upstairs is 2 bedrooms.. we were on the mid level).

So I get upstairs run to the room and into the bathroom. I quickly shut the door with just barely enough time to escape from her clutches lol she started pounding on the door and started clawing at it with the knife. Me I was full of adrenaline and anxiety, thinking to my self I am a grown ass man and I am running from my gf.. but no no wait it's ok cause this bitch crazy! So I decided to call my mommy lmao but no seriously I had too i didn't wanna call the police just yet either and get her in trouble

So when I called my mom she freaked out and thiugjt that bitch was crazy too! So she told me she was calling the cops because our daughter was there too. Even though I didn't think my baby momma would ever do anything to our daughter I still agreed with my mom that calling the cops was the best option.

So police were called but before they could get there my mom came back home. I guess she w as worried about me and our daughters safety. When she got there my baby momma saw her and acted non chalant like nothing even happened but my mom still maced her ass in the face and my baby momma ran outsides screaming "bitch!" and flew off into the woods cutting her tether off midway

Police came to the door, me and my mom explained the situation. And as I was finishing up my story here comes my baby momma coming out of the woods to turn her self in. Her face beat red from the mace and historically crying. She looked crazy af but in a sad way. She knew how much trouble she just got into and i couldn't help but to feel bad for her..

Well they ended up hauling her crazy ass to jail and she did 8 months..the whole time I did feel really bad for her. So I supported her through the whole thing. I was calling her every week, putting money on her commissary and I even was taking care of our daughter! She told me how sorry she was and that she was just having s mental breakdown from the stress and also taking her anti depressant and xanac could of caused it too. I believed her I felt like she was genuine and that she would really learn from this experience to be a better gf and a mom

Well she got out things were going good actually for 6 months she was back on alcohol tether and didn't wanna drink or take any other drugs. I thought things were going pretty smoothly and that we would have a future together untill.. one day when she had gotten off her alcohol tether she decided to drink. This time she had blocked me on the phone to go hangout drinking at the beach with some guy she had just met on Facebook.

She got drunk again and this time texted me to come pick her up and save her from this guy. So me being the caring and loving baby daddy that I am I did. She was so sloppy drunk when I got her that I just took her back home with her mom where she was staying at. For some reason tho she had still blocked me on Facebook after that and just stopped talking to me. So me being worried tried calling her and texting her several times. Her mom got a hold of me and told me that she was going to be the middle man.

So I was really upset about it cause we literally just broke up and she had been with some random guy too . So I just played it cool and was talking to her mom as the middle man to get a hold of my daughter. This went on for a week and her mom was being a total cunt. She rarely answered my texts and never let me talk to my daughter. One night I wanted to say good night to my daughter and she didn't respond. So I got worried that maybe my baby momma went out drinking again and she wasn't telling me.

I blew up her mom's phone cause honestly I was pissed but not knowing that she was baiting me. My baby momma and her mom devised this plan after I told them I would get full custody if this continues out. So they didn't return my calls and baited me to call her phone a bunch of times. I then called the cops to do a wellness check on my daughter.

They weren't too thrilled about that and even texted me to tell me that since the cops were involved that I should know that my daughter is perfectly fine and I dont need to check in or text her anymore when my daughter was in their custody.. ooo I was pissed because knowing full well of what I went thru with my bm and what she's capable of.. I literally blew up her moms phone to tell her that I have every right to talk to my daughter every night to make sure she's ok and her mom is being responsible. Well her mom blocked me so I had to call on restricted.

Never got a hold of her and a few days had passed and I get a knock on the door. It's a personal protection order getting served to me! I read it and here it says from my baby momma that we had been broken up for 6 months and ever since I had been having a hard time letting go. I won't stop harassing her, I keep showing up to her house and place at work (which were obvious lies), and I been calling and texting her harassing her. The text messages were literally months ago from me when we got into an argument but then got back together shortly after.

And the missed calls showed me calling them a hundred times on restricted when her mom blocked my phone number. But remember I said I only called about 20 times? Well yea they forged my call probably by calling their phone with another phone on restricted and did it 80 times to make it look like it all came from me!

Judge didn't even look into it that hard just took her word for it without even wanting to listen to my side of the story. Which is crazy considering what my baby momma has done in the past! Not only did she go to jail for 8 months for fucken attacking me with a knife but she also had multiple domestic violence charges, and a felony for stealing, with her mom btw, thousands of dollars in jewelry out of a client's house who they use to clean for. (Long story with that one)

So I had to fight this bs. And they didn't give me a court date to fight it cause I had too efile myself I couldn't go to the court house either cause of covid.. so literally I had to efile it and it was the biggest pain in the ass. Basically they kept rejecting it for so many different reason it was like they give me a reason why it was decline so I do that and send it in only for it to get rejected again for another reason. I tried sending my screen shots of our messages contradicting her statement that got rejected too cause I needed the appeal to go through in order forcthem to even take any evidence

This went on for 14 days then the ppo was in full effect and I couldn't appeal it anymore. And what really gets me is the judge didn't even care. She could of requested a hearing herself to get me to present my side of the story and my evidence but clearly she didn't care because they had rejected it so many times. It was a messed up situation and am honestly livid at the family court system for allowing this to happen!

Anyways that's my story I hope u like it.. this whole experience has led me to join the mensright movement because I do believe their is a discrepancy against men in the court system especially in the family courts cause I had experience it myself! We need to fight this tyranny and make it fair and equal! And also we need to make it so that false allegations of domestic violence and even rape in some cases should be punishable to the accuser! It's not right that women can just make up blatant lies and false accusations without any consequences! This has to be stopped
