A friend of mine was accused of SA, after the investigation they said PC existed. he wasn’t charged neither had any administrative punishment. He received a letter from his brigade CO that they won’t go to trial or court martial and no action will take place. he ended his contract with honorable discharge. Will the military transfer him to civilian court for another investigation???
