Employment can be related to survival: some people do it to survive. Some people go on strike, but usually for reasons beyond simple hate. They strike because of discrimination or unfair work conditions.

I never had a job though, so I don't know how it feels to work for people who hate me. It must be a very sickening experience, especially over time.

Back when I was a porn addict, I'd waste hours sexting women who blocked me. I dedicated time to writing romance too. I was spending 2 daily hours with writing romance, only to be blocked or alienated again and again. So I quit porn, and then later quit writing romance. It's a horrible waste of time towards people who did not like me, especially with a dislike of my poverty. I would never want to waste any second, word, or attention towards a person who hates my background, regardless of that person's gender.
