To anyone who works an office job with a business professional dress code:

Does your company enforce a true business professional dress code for BOTH genders? Or is it pretty much only enforced on the men while the women get to wear what they want? At my old job, women got to wear the most causal of casual clothes. Yet the men's dress code was so rigid and very strictly enforced. Men had to wear suits while women got away with wearing sweaters and sleeveless blouses. I even went to HR to speak out against this double standard. (nothing got done of course, except for me eventually getting canned. No room in that organization for someone who speaks out against unfairness to men). I explain about what happened further in this video. But I'm just curious if this kind of thing is happening anywhere else?
