The case was charged in good faith based upon the accounting provided by the complaining witness as well as physical evidence

She was not a witness, she was an accuser. Putting innocent people in jail without evidence is not acting in "good faith", it is a violation of their basic rights to due process. This is always the excuse of the pigs - we thought we were doing something righteous, even noble, by "believing the female".
