Femicide is the gender related killing of a female. In many countries, it carries a harsher punishment than if the victim was male. Despite the fact men are killed at far greater rates than women in most countries, more and more countries have made purposeful efforts to combat violence against women and girls more than violence against boys and men.

Personally, I feel everyone should be equal under the law so I find such efforts to treat people differently based on their sex a troubling trend.

"Androcide" is just murder. Femicide is extra double bad murder, because it harms a first class citizen.

A femicide is when the feminists want to victimize themselves and ask for more privileges. There are rarely any cases of actual femicide in today's society. An ex taking revenge is not femicide, it's a regular murder.

Technically, it means that the sex of the victim was the motivation of the perpetrator.

In reality, it is used to frame all women as potential victims and all men as potential murderers.

step 1) Control language

step 2) Convince everyone you are the good guy

step 3) Convince everyone you have less rights(Even if you have MORE rights) and are always the victim

step 4) Dehumanize men

step 5) Collectively work to change laws to further your superiority

step 6) Collectively work on indoctrinating everyone as early as possible and everywhere and label them with negative slurs if they are not 100% on board with any of the previous steps. (<--------- You are here)

The idea of feminicide makes sense in a context where women are discriminated against for being women. But isn't murder just murder? Yes, but within murder there are gradations of severity. Its the same idea.

The problem is that this just doesn't happen in "the west". And I know people are going to mention THAT woman that was killed by the dude because she left him, because the divorce, yadda yadda. Thinking about it for two seconds breaks this nonsense.

I think calling any killing of a women or girl, femicide is a misuse that waters down the term.
