Beware of women like this. Cry if you want to, but only in private, and with a trusted friend. Some people think they wanna "encourage" men to be less masculine/ macho by "allowing" them to cry. This is just a filtering mechanism. Even those women would choose a macho guy over an emotionally expressive guy. The gap between what women say and what women do is bigger than any gender gap you can find. And yes, this is a broad generalization. There are always exceptions.

A lot of the "pro-men" stuff on twitter and tiktok really misses the mark though. It claim that men kill themselves because they can't cry, when the reason men actually kill themselves are the systematic issues that make them cry in the first place(which most men understand as problems that no amount of crying will ever fix).

They will also claim that men can't cry because they are homophobic or misogynists(also inherently asserting that men just hate every quality that could be associated to women), when it really comes down to men being judged by women for it(possibly costing them relationships and courtship, if not outright eliminating them from the gene pool).

These ideas are very dismissive of what men actually go through, and very dangerous in their assumption that men do not have very valid reasons to cry in the first place. It feigns an ignorance of a multitude of systematic issues and expectations that disadvantage or harm boys/men, and tries to substitute it with further male vilification and belittlement.

Honestly, not the weight. No one should be above the BMI they should be in. It's not healthy. Man or women.

No, not all your feelings are valid. That kind of thinking will turn you into a vapid narcissist.

The same way not all theories are correct, not all feelings are correct. You should pay attention and consider all your feelings, do not ignore them, but that does not mean all your feelings are valid.
