Thousands of dads are left in shock as DIY paternity tests soar. Up to 30,000 tests are being performed every year, says Alphabiolabs. In the UK about 750,000 babies are born every year. Feminists want the test to be illegal without the written consent of the mother.

The women ordered him to have sexual intercourse with them without his consent but he resisted.

Fuck this news site, that is indisputably called rape.

Fuck this news site, that is indisputably called rape.

Did you read the article title?

Female Rapists Strike Again, Abduct And Gang Rape Man

As in the UK, Zimbabwe also has discriminatory rape laws. Women can't rape men.

If a male person knowingly has sexual intercourse or anal sexual intercourse with a female person and, at the time of the intercourse

(a) the female person has not consented to it; and

(b) he knows that she has not consented to it or realises that there is a real risk or possibility that she may not have consented to it; he shall be guilty of rape and liable to imprisonment for life or any shorter period

In the UK and other such places with discriminatory rape laws, the title wouldn't probably label the female perpetrators as rapists. So this news site is braver and more honest them.

Worth noting, while Zimbabwe has discriminatory rape laws insofar as female can't legally rape men, at least in terms of punishment, perpetrators of female-on-male rape (aggravated indecent assault) are treated as rapists.

shall be guilty of aggravated indecent assault and liable to the same penalty as is provided for rape

How are they treated as rapists?

I'm responding to your text.

So legally these women can't commit rape and they can't get the same punishment as for rape, so how are they treated as rapists?

I'm responding to your text.

No, you're making yourself look stupid.

Quoting the Zimbabwe criminal code, again, for aggravated indecent assault - which is what female rapists are charged with:

shall be guilty of aggravated indecent assault and liable to the same penalty as is provided for rape

Great, and did you know that under American law men and women are treated equally?

At least time, the headline doesn't use scare quotes around the word "rapists", and actually uses the word rape to describe what happened. Hopefully the police continue to pursue these types of women and lock them away for good, because it's happened several times now

Rape is not rape when the victim is male and the perpetrator is female, so says the news media and the law in many places.

Do you have a source to back your claim about rape excluding women in the UK?

[–]SporkTornado 11 points12 points13 points 8 years ago* (4 children) | Copy Link

Here is the UK's legal definition of rape

Rape

(1)A person (A) commits an offence if—

(a)he intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth of another person (B) with his penis,

(b)B does not consent to the penetration, and

(c)A does not reasonably believe that B consents.

(2)Whether a belief is reasonable is to be determined having regard to all the circumstances, including any steps A has taken to ascertain whether B consents.

(3)Sections 75 and 76 apply to an offence under this section.

(4)A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable, on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for life.

to imprisonment for life

I had not realized that a rape conviction in the UK can result in a lifetime sentence.

kinda makes the police concealment of evidence that much more frightening.

luckily, men's lives don't matter

[–]Str8OuttaTheBoneZone 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Honestly these laws need to be either made equal for all genders or revoked entirely. Feminists shouldn't be put above the law.

[–]SporkTornado 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

It's common, that the legal definition of rape is so narrow. That either a man can't be the victim of rape, or a women can't be the perpetrator of rape, or sometimes both. And feminists still claim that we live in a rape culture that excuses men who rape women.

Common knowledge but this petition summarises why the law needs to change.

Common knowledge...

For us, sure. It's not common sense though and was a rude surprise the first time I heard about it.

Women can be charged with assault by penetration in the UK which allegedly carries similar sentences to rape

[–]furchfur[S] 6 points7 points8 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

The sentences are not nearly the same. No life sentence. Also the sentence cannot be appealed as being too lenient. It is very different. Rape is regarded on a par with murder in the UK in terms of sentencing.

[–]killcat 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I assume this is where they penetrate the guy with an object etc, whereas if they force him to penetrate them, or drug them, that would not be rape.
