I don't see anything wrong with you bringing that to your employer. If a 16 year old staff member told me someone had acted that way toward them you can be damn right I'd feel obliged to act.

Regardless of gender.

When I was young I worked in a nursing home. The old ladies did this a lot more than the old men did this to young female staff, if at all.

I doubt they will take it serious but change happens slowly and it may be valuable to do anyway.

dont report it because ill tell ya something mate, when i worked as a janitor and had this problem from the THOTS id get one of 2 results: laughed at or fired. this is also why male dominated workplaces are a go-to fr me when it comes to safety and good pay.

Here's you choices:

1 Report it to corporate, as the retail store should have harassment hotline. I did this when an employer admitted she wouldn't invite me in for over time because I was not allowed in the woman's fitting room. The boss called me into his office basically nothing happened, but this is good opportunity to ask to be moved to another department. My other big issue was men were required to lift while women get the privileged choice to refuse.

2 Report it to the DOL / EEOC, which requires you to come in to prove ID & sign. But does help with statistic. Bonus points if for the "national origin" write in put "Kekistan" to help increase representation. Legally the company is required to protect you from customer harassment but you are on your own for legal action.

3 Write articles for some media outlet. Record it for online media. Keep spreading the gossip any way you can. This just raises the issue. Anyone know a legitimate news media that wants these type of stories?

4 Realize that you have a job because of sexist women who are too cheap to go to a Chippendale strip club. Like most women you are bothered by the age of the "older women" more then the harassment. The communist call it class consciousness or woke, were you're realizing only the disadvantages so you'll destroy society.

5 Ask the other store how she "pressed charges" & repeat.
