There are bosses and those who wear t-shirts that say so. Similar to what my dad taught me: if someone has to tell you they're X (religious, smart, etc), they're not.

It's because people assume that boys already have more than they need, so the focus is on encouraging girls to make up for the supposed disparity between the two sexes. This trend which you are pointing out has its roots in Feminist ideology.

I bought my son a top saying I'm the boss not so long ago. There's a lot of really cool superhero inspired clothes for boys too. All the girl clothes are literally all pink it's not fair on them. But that's shops for you 🤷‍♀️

I don't get why this is a new discovery? you've heard of spice girls? if you want to wear a top saying 'boy power' no one is stopping you. or if you want to start a shirt company with boy slogans. you could donate the money to charity or something
