Have you talked with a doctor about this? I give a shit. I've been there way too many times. What can I do to help you? If you need to talk you can PM me anytime and I'll make some time to talk with you. Shit gets bad then shit gets better, it's a cycle. If you really need help right now you can go to the ER and get some help right now. Prozac has made a big difference for me, as well as meditation. Although you may not want to start meditation until you feel a little better. Have you been drinking tonight?

Since I don't have much to go on, I will tell you what works for me. When i get depressed, it is usually because I feel that circumstances are beyond my control and I am helpless. What you can do to combat this is do something, anything, to feel like you have control of something. Another thing thast helps me, although it may do nothing for you, is to get lost ihn all the music videos on youtube. It won't give you a headache in the morning;

I am about ready to turn in for the night. I hope the silence on your end is a good sign. When you can, try to get some sleep. As I don't know where you are, it is difficult to make suggestions, but have you talked to a clergyman? You never know where a good idea can come from.

i really sorry. i know this thread isnt "popular" at all around here, but i just really need dot know what 2 do. im feel so so so close 2 suicide. & i still got no one, or nothin. i know i should stop bein a burden & pesterin everybody. im sorry. im so so so sorry. really i swear. im so desperate. im sorry. i just wish i could die. its so awful having absolutely no 1 at all & havin been in so much pain throughout ur entire life. im sorry. ill shut the fuck up & leave u alone right now.
